In 2011, Fresh Touch became among the first American cleaners to adopt System K4: a halogen free, non-toxic and non-hazardous solution by German company, Kreussler. This dry cleaning technology provides both the highest level of cleaning that our customers know to expect from us, and biodegradability that will pose no risk to people, air, water or soil.

For additional environmental benefit, this solvent will help use reduce our energy output because it requires less steam to operate the cleaning machines and it can clean 3-4 times more clothing before needing to be replenished.
While you likely won’t notice any changes to your dry cleaned clothes, some of the benefits we are most proud of with this new system are: a “very good” dermatological rating, a softer touch to the fabric, improved brightness for colors and whites and an odor free finish.
